You can return or exchange any full priced item purchased from jacandjack.com free of charge within 14 days if the compliance tag/s remain intact and in place. Returns outside these time frames may only be accepted at the discretion of Jac+ Jack.
Items must be returned unused, unaltered and unwashed with all original packaging and labelling in good condition.
To request a return please email email@example.com and quote your order number along with your reason for return + if it's for refund or exchange.
From here a member of our service team will be in touch to arrange your return collection or a suitable alternative method for return..
Your refund will either be credited to the original purchaser's credit card, PayPal account or your Jac+ Jack account.
Please note card refunds may take up to 5 business days to complete, depending on your financial institution’s processing time. Paypal refunds can take up to 5 business days.
Late returns + exchanges
Returns/exchanges beyond 14 days may be accepted only at the discretion of Jac+ Jack + will only be refunded as a store credit.
If something is faulty
Jac+ Jack considers items as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs.
Items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
Let us fix it for you
Where possible Jac+ Jack will repair faulty items. You will receive a full refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced.

We have made every effort to display product as accurately as possible however, as screen displays vary, we cannot guarantee that the display of any colour will be completely accurate.
All items are quality controlled and checked for faults before they are dispatched to customers.
