All orders are processed and dispatched within two business days, subject to payment clearance and stock availability. We operate Monday to Friday with the exception of Australian Public Holidays. A preliminary confirmation will be sent by email when your order is placed. Once your package is dispatched we will send you a second email with final confirmation and instructions on how to track your package.
Within Australia
We use Platinum Express Post whereby we can track any purchase easily. You purchase will be delivered within two business days from date of dispatch. The package must be signed for upon delivery. Please allow a further 2 days for locations outside metropolitan areas. Standard price for Platinum Express Post is $17.
International
