You may return any product, with the exception of Jac+ Jack Eyewear and sale items, within 7 days of receipt. Items must be returned unused, unaltered and unwashed. All original packaging and labelling must be returned in good condition also.
To ensure your online shopping experience is easy and pleasant, Jac+Jack has a simple process for returns and exchanges
1. Contact Jac+Jack +61 (02) 93806011 within 5 working days of delivery.
2. Advise if you wish to return or exchange and which items you would like to exchange for. You will be given a Returns Authority number. Please write this number on the top of your receipt.
3. Please send your items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
4. Your package must be received back in its original condition within 10 working days from date of delivery.
5. Send the package and your receipt to : Jac+Jack Online Shop, 39 William St Paddington. NSW 2010, Australia.
6. You will be notified when your package has been received and you will be refunded or your exchange will be dispatched.
Important information
Jac+Jack will not accept returns for any items that have been worn, damaged or where the tags have been removed.
We strongly advise you to check garments thoroughly before removing any tags or disposing of any original packaging.
Please be aware that postage will not be refunded, unless the garments are faulty.
There will be no refund on any Jac+ Jack sale items.
There will be no refund or exchange on any Jac+ Jack Eyewear.
Faulty Items
If your item is faulty or does not correspond with the item presented on jacandjac.com you may return it or exchange it. Please contact us as soon as you discover the fault. Once we receive the item we will repair, replace or refund the item within 5 days of receipt. Please note on the return / exchange form your preference in this regard. If the item is faulty we will refund to you the costs of returning the item and cover all shipping costs for the replacement or repaired item.
